Such an old script. They’ll never come up with anything new. It’s always pointing out spider webs, etc. and mentioning neighbors names. All these homeowners are clueless to the one thing that sends them on their way every time: tell them you rent. As soon as the hear that, they’re screwed.

What’s so funny about this? Is you never see the Trucks that they keep saying that’s going to be out there in the next couple days. These poor young adults are being trained to lie and that’s not gonna fly in their next line of work. It’s so sad.

I prefer to waste their time. I’ll stand there and keep them talking for an hour, asking them all kinds of questions, agree to buy, go in my house to get my credit card and leave them waiting on the porch indefinitely. Watching them throw a hissy fit when I don’t come back is the best part. I used to be polite and considerate to these people but after enough bad experiences you decide to serve their bullshit back to them.
