I thought the female officer put her in the back of the police car? the man couldnt have known because he was searching the car when the female officer put her in the back of his police car. yes he shouldnt have parked on the tracks but the other officers should have noticed

While shes on her way to the hospital they kept searching cuz they were especially determined now to find a weapon to justify her being put in the patrol car in the first place.. they werent even worried about her surviving just more worried about covering their asses for probable cause

Both at fault- he shouldn’t park on track. She shouldn’t put a suspect in a car parked on the tracks. If either did their job properly, the woman wouldn’t have been hurt.

Imagine the sheer terror that lady felt locked in the back of a police car with a train barreling straight for her. Both of the officers were in the wrong. Who parks a police car on rr tracks?! 🤦♀️

He knew she was in there. He definitely knew, and he got his female partner fired. Where would she be if she was possibly through a fire arm. he’s the one on the megaphone that told her to get out of the car with her hands up where they can see them. Once they put cops on them, they go in the car under those circumstances.
