I also doubt the story. first police will arrive in under 4 mins. no way they could have done all of this. secondly the guy has nothing to fear esp as the girl isnt a minor. she was t kidnapped and if r#pe she would be examined by medical persons. also if the condom was pierced it would show. so the story isnt likely to be true. consensual sex BTW two adults ins t a crime. also police will find out that they had interc%ourse before so there's precedence. also he should have recorded the the call or show the police proof of payment and actually make a case. final verdict..story isnt true

If the story is true, then my advise is for the guy to engage the police, narrate all that happened, including the payments made to the girl. The neighbours that follow beg the brother should all act as witnesses. The girl will explain to the police how the money entered her account. What business transaction did she do with the guy. The fact that he is traumatised is even the more reason he should engage with mental health services ASAP. He should narrate all that happened to them.

if this is not just content...then Report it as a Romance scam, the fact that it wasn't the first time they did the act and the first time was at her own house and she didn't report back then plus se intiated the intimacy... then she is a consenting adult. the police know more about this things than you know...it best to report her very fast...because i am sure he is not her only victim. the police will be able to find out and that will expose her. any text messages will help as evidence of mutual consent.
