My way: Cooking process is tricky ! Rinse twice -Soak weighted overnight (all underwater)- bring to boil on medium heat covered let boil for 30 mins - turn off heat- keep covered weighted down again and let sit for 2 hrs- this will be crunchy - nice - if u like it real soft boil on medium for 1 hr - then let sit covered and weighted 2 hrs - enjoy !
