Not many people would understand this, but that's the difference between a coach and a manager. Nobody cares about the ego war, everybody cares about results. There's something called , the supremacy of results. You don't cut your Nose to spite your face, if he keeps his best player on the bench, he might have solved the dressing room problem, but he will get into a bigger problem with the country's football federation. Every Global talent comes with some baggage, your ability to manage it to your advantage makes you outstanding as a manager.
