Potato Tacos with Cheese & Ground Beef Ingredients: For the potato dough: * 1 kg potatoes * 3 tbsp starch * Salt to taste For the filling: * Ground beef — to taste * 1 onion * 2 cloves garlic * Bell pepper — to taste * Salt and spices — to taste * Cheese * Fresh herbs — optional Instructions: 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them until smooth. 2. Add the starch and salt. Mix well until you get a soft potato dough. 3. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls. 4. Roll each ball into a thin tortilla, as shown in the video. 5. Cook the tortilla in a dry or lightly greased pan on both sides until lightly golden. 6. Place cheese on one half of the tortilla, add the prepared filling, and top with a little more cheese. 7. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling. 8. Cook on both sides for a little longer, until the cheese is melted and the outside is nicely golden. 9. Serve hot. 🌮 You can use any filling you like: chicken, mushrooms, vegetables, herbs, extra cheese, or your favorite combination.
