Only Allah has authority over His creation, and He alone can affect them beyond physical means. Evil eye is not real and is just a mythical belief. The only power Allah has given to human eyes is vision. Even that vision can be affected by accidents, health issues and etc. don’t misguide yourself with wrong beliefs. Otherwise you will face difficulties during the time of your death, in your grave and you will jeopardise yourself on the day of judgement.
