Not sure why you have to give the cop problem when he’s just investigating you have a receipt talk to a manager. It’s their mistake. End of story. don’t make it a cop problem when he’s just doing his job.

If that is the price that came up then that’s a store issue the customers are free to go. It’s not their fault the price came up a lot lower than normal. That a computer fault not the customers responsibility that the stores manager to investigate

The dude wasn’t acting cool like the lady the cop was very nice to yall and it can be a headache being detained for an error of HD but it’s just 5-10 minutes and it’s his work to investigate “HD SUCKS”

The fact that in so many cases ordinary people request a supervisor shows the complete ineptitude of the day to day cop. How about training them not to need a supervisor each time.
