A flavorful and balanced dinner featuring crispy herb-roasted chicken thighs, seasoned potatoes, and garlic-infused green beans. Ingredients: - 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon dried thyme - 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 1 pound potatoes, diced - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon dried thyme - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1 pound green beans, trimmed - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Rub the seasoning into the chicken. 3. In a baking dish, arrange the seasoned chicken thighs. Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes until cooked through and skin is crispy. 4.
