Happy to report I made a full recovery, baby girl is healthy, and I get cleared next week from my broken leg. I’m now 5+ weeks postpartum, have had to be non weight bearing since the day after she was born and this has been the craziest experience of my life.

Postpartum preeclampsia and mastitis nearly killed my sister, her high blood pressure was dismissed multiple times before she was sent home after birth, it was terrifying waiting with her newborn at home to see if she'd come back. I'm so glad you're okay and still here 💜

i had a uterine inversion at birth. my husband swears i died, he watched me turn grey and the floor full of my blood. i can only imagine his thoughts the time he was alone with her in the nicu. he’s my rock❤️
