the ikea high chair FOREVER!!!!! $25, basically one piece, fully plastic (aside from the straps ofc), when it gets real messy we take that shit in the yard and hose it down😛

Give them a baby wipe at the end of their meal and show them how to wipe the tray down. I started that as soon as they were sitting up eating, and now they clean it better than I do. 😂 At the end of their meals they are 🫴🏼 wipe - gimme gimme.

If your kid is old enough, I suggest moving to a toddler table/chairs! Easier cleanup in my opinion.

Wipe the chair down, dont wash it entirely every time they eat. Use a wet cloth, done! I had a high chair from ingenuity, the table came with a clear hard plastic covertop that clicks on and off. It was like washing a big dish. Less annoying than washing the table itself !

Honestly, I just spoon fed my daughters the super messy food. I gave them plenty of less messy foods they could feed themselves..like toast and fruit and meats etc…but yoghurt, rice, spaghetti etc ALL those types I spoon fed them. Maybe gave them a little to shovel into their mouths lol and sometimes id make up the spoonful snd help guide it directly into their mouths so no mess. Also, Ikea basic high chair is best for easy cleaning
