He’s cold (constant movement) and his tummy hurts (legs drawing up) put him on sone clothes and burp him. Plus you got him laying flat in his back so his fall reflex is in constant. Prop him up a little after burping or put him on his side. He feels like he’s in the middle of nowhere. Make him comfortable sweetie. He’s just like you, just small. I had babies 30 years ago so I’m old school

Why do yall ask the internet instead of going to the doctor or ER? That could be something medical that you’re delaying treatment for. He could have Colic or another serious condition. Crying for hours is not normal.
