The same way u are trying to mislead the people n ur likes are there spewing. The case isn't how u are saying it. This is how the case is in case u don't know. The man was being investigated on the said case. The lawyers got in touch with the investigators asking that if the accused will be needed within that time and the answer was "NO, IF WE NEED HIM WE WILL LET U KNOW". Now the man has travelled n came back to be arrested. The big question u should be asking is: Is one restricted from travelling or restricted from coming back? In the first place, he went through that same airport when travelling, if he wasn't supposed to travel, why in the first place was he allowed to travel and later arrested when he was coming back?
