also the is no certain role in all four winds. God can use them "negatively" and "positively" .. like the east wind, it did wonders at the red Sea and also used to bring locusts to Egypt. so He uses all winds however He sees fit to serve His purpose at that moment. He rules the Winds. the meaning honestly depends on the context not direction. also bringing me back to Him "testing" if the earth will respond to Him from your previous video, He is the creator, He commanded the earth. His word is Power, making God to be all over creation. Prayer! faith! no way you'd command earth without faith. like Jesus says " we can move mountains " based on how great our faith is. your message make make some Christians idolize the earth if wording is not used properly. Also teach people to PRAY PRAY PRAY. no harm will come to them. not talk to any winds and soil like they have power. we have power to command things. the spirit in us is powerful.
