CloSys is not available where I reside, and transportation (special importation) of it is not cost-effective. Can Therabreath work in its place?

listerine has been identified in broader population and microbial research along with associated frequent, over-the-counter use of general antiseptic mouthwashes with potential changes to oral bacteria linked to blood pressure regulation. so not so good to use.

Hi dr Ellie, I am from Bolivia, I search all over the stores and I couldnot find any products, I only found Listerine cool mint intense, and a toothpaste that has almost everything than you recommend, it doesnot have glicerin or any products you do not recommend, but my rutine is oil pullong with coconut oil, then brush my teeth, and then listerine, and I finish with xilitol(cristals), is there something I can add or I can do to improve it or change it? thanks a lot for what you do!!

At the end after ACT, can I rinse out with water? I have to put my retainers in which cannot soak in any mouthwash

Hello Dr. 💓Ellie, there is a warning on TT stating that your recommended CREST has lead in the product (your name is not tied to the warning. Do you have a comment on this? 🙏

Where can I find the complete steps to do? I have looked and can’t find a simple way to find each item I need to buy and the steps I take while brushing

I already had Invisalign before discovering your system. Can I still do this system each time prior to putting my aligners in?

my story is different, the last few years my mouth was getting more and more sensitive, to the point even flecks of pepper and my mouth felt on fire. it got so bad I would end up with a rash around my mouth off and on, i thought it was allergies. my Dr finally sent me to a dermatologist. the appt was a month out and in the meantime I found Dr Ellie and started this routine. I started noticing I could eat pepper, tomatoes, ketchup...acid things again, then mildly spicy foods...same ones I would need ice or milk to calm it down. it has been 4 months and not 1 rash...during allergy season. this system has been a life saver for not just me but our family. we tell everyone about it!!!!

I’ve always been told to use alcohol free listerine by my dentist, the alcohol is acidic, can you comment on this?

How is it it okay to use mouthwash with alcohol? Many google searches also say it kills good bacteria. Please explain.
