Good job brother but one question wouldn’t a shower pan be more reliable just asking sure this is fast but wouldn’t a shower pan be better overall ?

Drain hole is wrong buddy. Sorry to large Schluter drain body will fail

My understanding is that I should not use a Schluter membrane since it’s seems to never be correctly installed.

im not a fan of schluter, I won't diss on anyone that uses/installs it but I prefer pan liner or hot mop over this

Im thinking the tile redi pans are pretty good. Already have everything built into one piece Ensures no common fail points
