Theres rape regardless or immigrants or not. Also mamdani saying “expanding the definition” means in modern times, people consider drunk sex and stuff like that as rape, whereas back then, it wasnt seen like that (just an example, but theres others) which is a good thing btw cause mamdani is basically saying people are now more aware of what rape is instead of in the past, it was just seen as “oh it wasnt that serious”
