There’s a flaw in this. If you think about the idea of everyone they’ve studied that has Alzheimer’s then most of them probably had a regular American diet. They probably isn’t anyone that actually took care of themselves one way or the other with another certain type of diet, such as high fat, high protein or using high carbohydrates. It’s easy to sit and say one or the other is bad and throw some numbers out there. You probably need to show her the actual date is and how they measured it.

You can’t really just say “fat based diet“ and then assume its just eating salmon, avocado, olive oil, etc. in regard to all these healthy fats. 99% of “fat base diets“ are full of red meat, donuts and other healthy things. The studying question was just regarding people with very healthy diets.
