kitni fayroniyat se ap bat kr rhe ho... shadi k bad obviously you have responsibilies that need to be taken care off and if someone is feeling he isn't getting paid enough he has all the right to look for a reason, i my self changed 2 companies after marriage and got my salary jacked up by 120% in just a year. so switching is always a good option by staying in the same organisation you are not appreciated/paid as you should

I changed jobs three times because of salary. My previous companies didn't increase my pay, while they were offering higher salaries to new employees. If they knew the issue, they should have addressed the root cause. Every employee has the right to work where they receive better pay.
