It annoys me so much when people want to have brunch at 8 or 9. That’s breakfast! Brunch is 10-12. 12-2 lunch. 2-4 late lunch. 5-6 early dinner. 6-8 dinner.

Brunch isn’t a time based thing. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are. breakfast (breaking your fast) at lunch time = BRUNCH.

Bro got it wrong as soon as he enforced his definition of dinner into other cultures! Some cultures eat dinner after 10pm and go to bed at midnight or 1 every night! In the US it’s normal

Brunch is literally compound word of breakfast and lunch combined. Brunch is the in between time of breakfast and lunch time frames. So 10:30-11:30

Brunch is 11-1 on weekends only. Before 11 it’s breakfast and after 1 it’s lunch. Dinner is anything from 6-11 pm
