when I watched the original Gundam series I got more hooked to my UC gunplas. Me and my friend have just started zeta and by god I really want to get the zeta and mark 2 Titan model kits after seeing and feeling the nostalgic aura they posed

i got into gunpla because I like building. first 3 gunpla builds was because I love their design. i specifically love the Zaku II and Zeon suit designs. the only series I watched was WFM since it's a standalone series. the amount of series and lore's I have to watch simply overwhelms me. i started watching IBO but is unable to finish it.

To be honest, I didn't like the RX-78-2 before watching "Gundam Origin," but my impression completely changed after learning its background. Not only is the design great, but the backstory is so compelling that I'm sure you'll come to love the build completely.

Idk, i didnt like my ver ka stein any more after watching narrative. And hot take, the movie fucking sucks. Yeah it has cool designs, but everything else about it sucks

This is true for me. You build a kit because you saw an anime of it and know the lore and you know the mobile suit and how capable it is. Which is why i don’t build gundam only, i also build RG evangelion kits and if i see one, macross.
