@lavenderlattekaylin: The truth about having a dog in New York is: it is hard! It comes with its own set of challenges. Sometimes I wish I could just put the girls in the car and drive. Sometimes I don’t want to bring them on the dirty subway. Sometimes I wish it was still as easy as opening the back door to let them out. But New York has opened up so many good things for us too. The girls love the people and animals they interact with every day. They love the fact that their allergies have minimized tremendously since we’ve been here. They love that they can go outside for longer because the weather isn’t always a million degrees.
