I dont think this is AI, they probably just scanned a Pomni toy. Scanned 3d models have similarly messy textures and topology, (most are made for fx, cgi and photorealism as far as im aware)

this doesnt always mean it is ai generated i think. sculpting often has a lot of messy vertices, but it lets you sculpt the model to look smoother. not all models are supposed to look game-ready or ready to be animated, some are just still objects, for 3d printing and stuff
