@jesusdailyverse1: THE PHARISEE AND THE TAX COLLECTOR- Jesus tells a parable about two men who go to the temple to pray, a religious leader confident in his own goodness, and a despised tax collector who can barely speak. Luke 18:11 “The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector.’” Luke 18:12 “‘I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’” Luke 18:13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’” Luke 18:14 “I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.” James 4:6 “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.” The twist reveals who God actually welcomes. A powerful lesson on pride, humility, and grace. 🙏✨ Jesus reminds us that God looks at the heart, not our status or outward appearance. The humble heart that seeks forgiveness is the one God honors. May we always come before Him with humility, faith, and a heart ready to receive His grace. 🙏 If you believe in the power of prayer, forgiveness, and God’s mercy, comment “Amen” below. ❤️ May God bless you and guide you always. ✨ Faith in Action, Jesus Loves You Anyway #creatorsearchinsights #jesuschristian #jesus #faith #gospel
