He probably has slow processing adhd or neurodivergence of some sort my boy was the same, he was always behind but they catch up in the end, my boy took his first steps at 18 months, they need some extra help through school but all will be okay, unfortunately some mixed race children are often different and not neurotypical, I have mixed children also, you know a lot about gut health that’s the best place to start and check for allergies
