We did a birth class and she showed how to use a moby wrap for things like counter pressure and even lifting up on the stomach and hips to relieve some pressure. You could show some of those tricks!

I did the bath a few times. My doula tried counter pressure but I don’t think it helped much

Mine was so bad the epidural didn’t even get rid of it. Having the baby was the only cure 😅 hoping my current pregnancy has baby in a better position 🤞🏻

I’m not sure if it was just because I wasn’t in labour but we were learning counter pressure in Lamaze class and both when my husband did it and the instructor it didn’t feel good. It just felt like someone was pressuring on my bones.
