Everyone being grounded in awareness does not make everyone literally the same person. That confuses a shared condition with the distinct beings appearing within it. Even in Advaita, Brahman does not split into multiple Atmans. Individuality is explained through ignorance, but that raises the deeper problem of who misidentifies if no distinct perspective exists yet. You cannot explain distinction through misidentification when misidentification already requires a distinct perspective. And the victim experiencing pain immediately is not the offender experiencing justice. That is just the harm itself. Justice requires accountability, recognition and correction, while ethics concerns preventing harm in the first place. A claim about awareness does not replace morality or derive an entire ethical system by itself, because sharing a ground of awareness does not tell us what counts as harm, why it should be prevented, or what responsibility, consent and justice require
