absolutely not the owner is liable as an owner. You receive the majority of the profit. The reason for that is because you you take all the risk. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose.

I think that comebacks need to be handled by the tech that worked on the vehicle. I don't think that they should necessarily be backflagged for the work performed, but mistake remediation and re-diagnosis should not be paid for unless it can be proven that it is not the fault of the tech and/or their diagnosis.

nope my name ain't on the building. Cost of doing business the day I get a check in the mail for my contribution to the quarterly profits ( not my paycheck) but an actual profit margin check I'll pay for that broken connector
