It’s taken me to just yesterday to realise I am totally calm. I don’t need to rush 100 mph, my brain isn’t constantly trying to summarise what’s happened in the day, predict what might the next day, plan the next day and all the other things we think about. I have time for hobbies and just to be… it’s so needed!!! 🥰
