JuanNotJuan :
It starts off like the innocence of life, a kindling that brings about vibrancy. The kindling meets the match as we transition to what feels like maturity measuring the last line of childhood with remorse. It dislikes its younger existence, yet remains conflicted with its transition. The pianist brings to light then the mocking nature of life, to mature is to stride for suffering, to seek it out like clockwork, the efficient hand of the doctor it cleaves at our pretenses. Finally we see the death of innocence, maturity, and suffering. Reaching the end of the song we begin to appreciate and acknowledge that without suffering there is no calling for greater purpose. We as the audience are content as is the pianist, describing the cycle of birth and death. Finally with a silent gasp we end this moment forever. For we are never the same audience, and they are never the same pianist.
