Ingredients: 2½ cups rolled oats 2 eggs ¾ cup cottage cheese ¾ cup milk 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp cinnamon dash of salt Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Let batter sit 5 minutes. Cook on a greased skillet or griddle over medium heat until golden on both sides. Cool completely and pack into freezer bags.
