Mix water and sugar, add yeast and let sit 10 minutes (foam = good!) 2. In a bowl, add flour, salt and black food coloring. 3. Pour in yeast-water and olive oil. 4. Knead 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. 5. Let rise 1 hour in a warm place. 6. Slice mushrooms. 7. Use a small knife or food cutter to carve: * two eye holes * one small nose hole * optionally short cuts for “teeth” 8. Set aside, they will look like skulls after baking. 9.
