Ingredients:
 •	1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced against the grain into ½-inch strips

 Fajita Seasoning:

 •	1 ½ teaspoons paprika
 •	1 ½ teaspoons cumin
 •	½ teaspoon onion powder
 •	½ teaspoon garlic powder
 •	¼ teaspoon dried oregano
 •	¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
 •	Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 Suggested Toppings:
 •	Sour cream
 •	Sliced avocado or guacamole
 •	Pico de gallo
 •	Shredded cheese
 Directions:
 1.	Preheat oven to 425°F.
 2.	Place sliced chicken, peppers, onion, and minced garlic on a large sheet pan.
 3.	In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, cayenne pepper if using, salt, and black pepper.
 4.	Drizzle the chicken and vegetables with canola oil, then sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the top.
 5.	Toss everything together until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated, then spread into an even layer.
 6.	Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
 7.	Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajitas and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired.
 8.	Serve warm in flour tortillas with your favorite toppings.
