@jessekfg: It's not that life is short, it's that we waste much of it. - Seneca Today is round 83 of chemotherapy and I dont want to do it. not because it's hard ir I'm not ready physically or emotionally... but because I wish I had more time to keep feeling as good as I have been. But time is constant. We don't get any more than anyone else. and we can't have more time for things that have passed. so the goal is to make the best of the time we have. Life is long if you know how to use it. (Also Seneca) Keep f'ing going. #kfg #cancer #chemo #cancersucks #cancerfighter
I just had chemo again today. I can’t even count how many chemo’s I’ve had..it’s going on 3 years for me this December coming and when I’m not getting treatment I don’t have cancer. I stay positive and live for my two boys. I stay strong but yes it is hard not to think about how much time we have left. Just stay positive and hug that baby everyday be blessed every day you wake up and you can still work and still function. I still work even on chemo. I climb ladders and keep a smile on my face. I believe in faith and it’s mind over matter.. as long as you can walk eat feel ok then you are doing something right.. keep your head up

in Sweden parents share 390 days where you have 80% of you income payed.and 180 days 20 dollar a day.parents usually home at least 1 year .
then daycare is 150 dollar/month,max..after your income.and almost zero to deliver a baby with hospital.

Listening to you gives me courage. 2 years fighting stage 4 pancreatic and liver cancer. On oral chemo for now. Stable for now but terminal just the same. I look forward to hearing your posts. I am so happy you got to spend quality time with your family.🩷

Beautifully said! I don’t know if it’s feasible but could you hire a sitter to come to your house to watch the baby! When my grandson started daycare at 10 months he was so sick all the time and I’m sure with your chemo your immune system isn’t strong enough for all the germs he will bring home. It’s just something to think about. 🙏🙏
