Yea had simallar issue when i was a kid made a microsoft profile, got hacked, got support, couldnt prove my account even tho sent screenshots of everything of my account and emails etc. Amaizing 0/10 support

I saw another post about this, he contacted his countries consumer protection they have and they took Microsoft to court, and Microsoft showed up with 12 lawyers, but still lost the lawsuit and was forced to fix his account (with if I'm not mistaken, $400 in damages). Unfortunately our consumer protection isn't that great here in America, so we might not be as lucky in the lawsuit as he was.
