Swimming is the Best exercise! Get about chest high, then bounce bounce bounce! Fun And muscle building. Have fun while you’re in the pool. The water resistance can help your arms too. Keep going, and have fun!! You don’t have to be in the deep end doing laps. Start Pushing the water with your arms, bounce working your legs, but certainly make it FUN.
