We used a moonboon. And we skipped it because of it

We got a night nanny and then I hired a virtual sleep trainer. She has slept every night for 11 hours since I did the virtual sleep training. Took less than 3 days!!!

Every month there’s apparently a regression. My tip is to stop reading into that BS and don’t stress.

Do not feed!do not create habits. That’s how you get stuck in it. If they weren’t eating in the middle of the night before, don’t suddenly start because they are waking up.i rocked my son back to sleep when he would wake up, then he started connecting his sleep cycles by him self. Only took two nights for him to get back to normal. Don’t start bad habits!!!! Rock back to sleep, and start putting them down drowsy/awake so they can get them selves back to sleep

My 31/2 month old is still waking up every 2 hours to eat… on the dot… I haven’t slept longer than that since before he was born I’m not sure how it could get worse or regress

Immediately started sleep training (happy sleeper method on Spotify) and it ended within 3 nights. Which was huge considering my baby had only ever coslepted in the same bed & only every contact napped + had a negative association with sleep/ laying flat because of a CMPA

No tips, sorry to say. Only way out is through. Order cometeer coffee pods for easy actually good instant coffee to make it through. Have a trusted friend watch your baby for an hour while you nap. Treat yourself to a pedi or massage and literally nap during it, who cares. It doesn’t last forever but I know it’s SO hard. My guy was up every 45 minutes for 3 weeks and now he’s such a good sleeper. You can do it!!!! 🫂

Well mine is 11 weeks and still only does 4 hrs max at a time then it’s touch and go so I feel like I’m at least prepared. Jealous of everyone who’s babies sleep through the night at this age

It lasted a month for us 😭 it felt harder than having a newborn !! So my only advice is go back to whatever you did to survive those first few weeks. You can do it!!!
