absolutely incorrect in my opinion because Islam did not say that you cannot have one parent. see whenever they want to or whenever they can. it should be an Islamic divorce as Allah has prescribed instead of having a toxic marriage. so the key point is Islamic divorce in that the father has put control absolutely control on the lives of the kids and how they live agreed upon that. the father is a religious person and is caring if the mother gets the in charge. she has to still follow the rules of the law and be obedient towards Allah and ask the father for very very minor decisions. also that's going to be missed made for the kids. you cannot change the narrative into something. a non-islamic divorce where the father is always in a bad place and get kicked out of his own property and somehow the woman gets half the property. why? it would be nice to have to talk about this specifically first then go in the direction of divorce
