What if it forms a mass around the hook comes away form the sides of the bowl but sticks to the bottom should I add flour?

For everyday sandwiches wouldn't we want the more dense bread that wasn't as kneaded? Not a new baker but still very intimidated by the process👀 I love the recipe can't wait to try..💞💞

This bread is delicious!! I make it a lot. However I find that it is kind of dry and gets crumbly. It won’t hold up for a turkey sandwich. I usually store it in a bread bag in the fridge. Am I over baking, not storing properly?

I’ve tried this multiple times and it keeps deflating in the oven. I try to let it rise an inch over my loaf pan but is it over proofed?? Any advice or tips are appreciated. I’m obsessed with your dinner roll recipe!!

For the beginners - dont use HOT water, use WARM water and milk. Anything iver 114 degrees causes the yeast to not work. (Not something Ive done 2 or 3 times 😂)
