She absolutely nailed the Punjabi accent. The only thing that didn’t work for me was the vocal pairing. RFAK has a very powerful, piercing voice, while hers is soft, calm, and melodic... so they don’t blend as naturally as I expected. Still, her performance was incredible. The lyrics, her expressions, and the emotion she brought to the song were outstanding. She was the highlight of the entire project for me. ❤️

This song gave me even more respect for Shreya Ghoshal, Sunidhi Chauhan, Alka Yagnik, and the others. I’m one of Aryana Sayeed’s biggest fans, but singing Hindi songs like they do is a whole different level. Aryana is at her best when she sings Afghan songs ( shah koko jan ).
