Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, and all seasonings. Brush generously over all 6 potatoes, getting into the layers. Air fry at 180°C for 35–45 mins (depending on size). Brush with extra butter halfway through for that crispy finish. Chicken recipe Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder Method: Add the sliced chicken to a bowl. Drizzle over the olive oil. Sprinkle all the seasonings evenly. Mix well until every piece is fully coated. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes (optional, but boosts flavor). Pan-fry on medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Cajun Sauce: 1 tbsp butter ½ onion (diced) 150–200ml heavy cream Same seasonings as chicken Instructions In the same pan, melt butter and cook onions until soft.
