As soon as the sun comes out, this place fills up. Bring a picnic, relax on the grass, or jump into the water from one of the diving platforms. 🌊 La Banchina One of the city’s coziest spots, where you can enjoy coffee, wine, a sauna, and a swim all in one place. The atmosphere around sunset is especially beautiful. 🌊 Papirøen Right in the city center with stunning views of the Opera House. After your swim, I’d definitely recommend grabbing something to eat at Broens Street Food. 🌊 Sandkaj (Nordhavn) Nordhavn’s most popular swimming spot. With its wooden docks and crystal-clear water, it’s especially lovely on warm summer evenings. 🌊 Havnebadet Fisketorvet Easy to reach from the city center, with several swimming areas and diving platforms. 🌊 Kalvebod Bølge A popular waterfront spot for soaking up the sun or taking a quick dip right in the heart of the city. 🌊 Havnevigen A quieter swimming area that’s more popular with locals than tourists. Perfect if you’re looking to escape the crowds. 🌊 Havnebadet Sluseholmen A peaceful harbour bath surrounded by canals. A great choice if you’re after a more relaxed atmosphere. 🌊 Amager Strandpark If you’re looking for a real beach instead of the harbour, this is one of the best options. Sandy beaches, lots of space, and perfect for spending the whole day. 🌊 Bellevue Strand One of Copenhagen’s most beautiful beaches. A favorite among locals on sunny days, known for its white sand and the iconic lifeguard towers designed by Arne Jacobsen. ⚠️ Good to know: You can’t swim everywhere in Copenhagen. Always use the official harbour baths and designated bathing zones.
