i accidently ended up in the 16th district when visiting Paris, i don't really know how famous the place is, but i loved the place for not being so overcrowded with tourists

I see the value in both. The first is iconic- plus the Arc is near. You have to go to the iconic spots. The second has the charm and the people. I have gone to both an enjoyed them for the value they each bring.
