Despite purchasing Priority Boarding and Extra Legroom seats, we were charged about $70 each for cabin bags that comply with Ryanair’s published size limits and had been accepted on several recent Ryanair flights. Our paid seats were changed without consent, Priority Boarding was not honored, and we were required to provide our card details, including the CVV code, because there was no payment terminal at the gate. We were told we could be denied boarding if we refused. We request a full refund, an explanation, and a review of the staff’s conduct and payment procedures.
