Has anyone ever told you that he looks like Tom Blyth when he played young Snow from hunger games?

I always feel bad when the parent sees me watching, but I work with kids with special needs and I love seeing them have fun. I dont watch in judgement, but in happiness for their happiness 🥰

One of my sons bestfriends is non verbal and autistic. My son protects him and treats him just the same as his other friends. We’ve learned how to read him and watch how he reacts. They’ve been bestfriend since they were 3 they are now 16.

as a full functioning Autistic adult myself that has a Autistic daughter and Wife that is on the spectrum like I am. she is alot better at hiding it then I am. youd never know it unless she told ya. she holds many degrees ect. very successful extremely intelligent in science and Buisness and health care. she used to be a vaylor fighter, and a home care nurse for disabled kids n adults. having the same issues just mild tho. she is incredible, me i do the same, science, games history ect. but I take up for Autistic ppl that have it worse than I do. I cant stand ppl that mock them ect. because i have it and it does effect me and its a battle to keep it at bay, the ticks, the mind racing, the anti social ect ect. i hide it but ppl know something isnt right they just cant figure it out. but yeah i defend them, always have. because i know what its like and its hard. so I can only imagine how hard it is for those that have worse than i do.. ill always have their backs

They are so smart. We try to understand them and some are harder than others . Nobody will completely understand unless there around kids with autism. Me and my daughter both have worked with and they are so amazing

Bottom line … be kind. Everyone is different. The spectrum looks different for everyone. Doesn’t define anyone! Love both your boys, as well as you and your husbamd

I am a parent of a child on the spectrum and a teacher. I had a parent tell me not to let their child “tick like that” I told them I would not be stopping their child as it made him happy and helped him regulate. They were not thrilled with me. But I had him for three years and when they moved they thanked me and cried about how much I did for there child.

It's this way with my 23yo daughter, too. Sometimes she just needs to. I hate the stares for her, but I'm gonna let her do what she needs to do.

I am 100% agree with you. You’re raising a very strong family you and your husband you’re doing a great job and the kids are really sweet with him and they also include him and I love that you don’t treat him any different. He should be treated normal you guys do great. I love it.❤️
