Anyone who says creatine doesn’t affect kidneys is LYING! Trust me I’ve experienced it first hand. One month after starting creatine I started experiencing intense pain worse that anything & it was a kidney stone. Had to go to the hospital & the Pain lasted for several days until it went away. Never took creatine again. Now am completely fine.
