Ingredients 2 Rice Paper sheets 200g shrimp paste Green onion 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp chicken powder 2 tsp corn starch 1/2 tsp sugar 2 tsp sesame oil Black Pepper Directions: - Shrimp, peeled and deveined and patted dry with a paper towel - Add the shrimp to a food processor and blend until it becomes a sticky paste. Or finely mince the shrimp with a knife. - In a bowl, mix the shrimp paste with all the seasonings and green onion until well combined. - Place a rice paper sheet on a flat surface and spread the shrimp mixture evenly over the rice paper, then cover with another rice paper sheet to create a sandwich. - Heat a pan with a little oil over medium-low heat.
