yes to all of the them u mentioned. i would be happily spending on used and well maintained stuff, i bought secondhand scooter, iphone that i'm using, my car. and i do thrift shopping all the time, i can not remember when the last time i shop new clothes, except underwear for hygiene i buy them all new but like tshirt, pants etc i dont need them to be new new. also shop local is cheaper than the ones in the stores like where i live in Bali. everything seems so overpriced so i went online thrift i trust.

Same here I live in London and also walking distance to my workplace, I don’t feel the need to pay to have a car, it’s cheaper to utilize the public transport as we have it

I would not spend my money on new shoes for a trip. They are an investment and need them to be comfortable. Buying things under pressure for a trip, never turns out well.
