what she did broke me in ways i never imagined. there were nights i questioned my worth, my kindness, and whether being a good person was ever enough. the pain made me want to stop caring and become someone colder. but deep down, i know that’s not who i am. i won’t let the way she treated me change the person i choose to be. i’ll keep being kind, loyal, and genuine not because everyone deserves it, but because that’s the man i want to become. maybe one day someone will appreciate the love she couldn’t. until then, i’ll carry the pain, learn from it, and keep moving forward. she may have changed my story, but she will never change who i am.
