Y’all know we don’t get paid for holidays right? It’s not like we have paid time off 😂 our pathetic standard wage is just divided by 12 and still work all these hours term time plus go into school during holidays. Such a fun life

what about the other 7 weeks? 2 at easter, 2 at Christmas, 1 in October, 1 in February, 1 in may? I get 5.6 weeks off per year, teachers get 13.
